What do I need to setup before I install a theme?
Before installing a theme you need to have a WordPress platform already installed on your server. You can download it from WordPress.org if you don’t have it already.

Once you have a working WordPress on your server, you have two available ways to install the theme: FTP Upload or WordPress Upload.
How do I install a theme by WordPress upload?
Log in from your website /wp-admin to the WordPress Dashboard. From there, you should go to Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme and select the file theme_name.zip from your computer. After clicking the Install Now button, the installation process is finished.
How do I install a theme using FTP?
The .zip file you downloaded from Theme Forest contains a folder with the name of the theme.
Upload this folder on your server in your WordPress directory to /wp-content/themes/
How do I activate a theme?
After you have completed the install process, in either of the two ways, FTP or WP dashboard upload, you need to activate it.
Log in to the WordPress Dashboard, go to Appearance > Themes and select the theme. Click the Activate button and you can start using your theme.
How do I import the XML Demo Data?
In the Theme download package you can find the Theme_Name.XML file that you can use for a quick theme set up. Images and videos are not included in the XML file.
To import the XML file, in the WordPress dashboard go to Tools > Import and select to install from the list WordPress Importer. After the installation is complete, select and upload the XML file. You can find it in the XML folder at root level in the Theme download package. The process can take up to a few minutes.
