Where can I change the top and bottom margins for the menu?

Step 1: Go to Appearance > Customize > Menus > Navigation Layout.

Step 2: Use the Navigation Top Margin slide bar to select the margin in pixels between the top of the header and the navigation.

Step 3: Use the Navigation Bottom Margin slide bar to select the margin in pixels between the navigation and the bottom of the header.
