Where can I change the top and bottom margins for the Page Heading?

Step 1: Go to Appearance > Customize > Header > Page Heading.

Step 2: Use the Heading Top Margin slide bar to select the margin in pixels between the top of the header and the Page Heading.

Step 3: Use the Heading Bottom Margin slide bar to select the margin in pixels between the Page Heading and the bottom of the header.
